EXPERIENCE SHAPES PERSPECTIVE

I have spent more than 35 years helping organisations and individuals navigate growth, change and complexity.

My career has included senior commercial and leadership roles: at the BBC, in management consultancy and entrepreneurial businesses, to executive coaching, organisational development, psychotherapy and clinical supervision.

Current clients include Leadership & Organisational Development Director at Flight3, part of Steven Bartlett’s Flight Story group, supporting founders, executives and managers as the organisation scales internationally.

Working both inside organisations and alongside them has given me a practical understanding of the pressures leaders face. Commercial performance matters. Decisions have consequences. Organisations need approaches that work in the real world.

At the same time, organisations are made up of people. Relationships, beliefs and unspoken dynamics shape how people communicate, make decisions and respond to change.

 

Bringing these perspectives together helps me understand both the organisational context and the human experience within it.
