CLINICAL SUPERVISION

Good supervision creates the space to think.

Clinical supervision is more than reviewing client work. It creates the opportunity to reflect, remain curious, continue developing and sustain thoughtful, ethical practice.

I work with therapists in training, newly qualified therapists and experienced practitioners. Supervision offers both support and appropriate challenge, helping you think more deeply about your clinical work and your development as a therapist.

Every therapist brings different experiences, strengths and questions. My aim is to create a supervisory relationship that is open and collaborative - a place where uncertainty can be explored, clinical thinking developed and difficult work shared.

The work may include:

Client work and the therapeutic relationship.

Ethical and professional questions.

Clinical development and emerging identity as a therapist.

The impact of the work on you as a practitioner.

Patterns within the therapeutic and supervisory relationships.

Sustaining effective practice over time.
