About Me
As a counsellor and therapist, I am experienced with clients in a variety of settings including the NHS, the voluntary sector and private practice. As a coach I work with individuals wishing to bring about change in their working lives, their personal lives or both.
I have had extensive training and have helped people across a wide spectrum of circumstances & experiences, from anxiety and depression to life transitions and events, as well as issues that maybe niggling every day and causing distress.
I also offer supervision to both qualified and trainee counsellors and therapists.
My business career spanning several decades provides a good understanding of how stress and work related pressures may affect our well-being and our relationships.
