Supervision
I offer superivison for all stages of the therapist’s journey. Working with trainee therapists through to experienced long term practioners. Using a number of supervision models means that a structure is in place to ensure safe collaborative work.
The aim is to assist you in developing your practice following your modality. A good working alliance provides a safe environment to work on competencies, confidence and creativity so that each of your clients receives the best possible service/experience of therapy.
My psychotherapy training provided an initial grounding in the person centred approach and phenomenology, moving into extensive and ongoing work on the implications of existential thought and psychoanalysis and how they influence practice. My supervision training provided frameworks for the supervisory context with individuals and groups spanning different modalities. I work with supervisees with a range of approaches and an initial meeting helps to determine fit.
Contact me by phone or email, I am happy to talk about what you are looking for and to arrange a first session.
