Coaching is a powerful process and I am passionate about the change it can bring about in people’s lives. It can help you alter your personal and professional life: move in a new direction, change jobs, start a business, improve your performance, enhance your relationships with others, help develop specific skills,- to name just a few situations when coaching is of benefit. Often these areas are not stand alone, one aspect of life may impact on another.
I work collaboratively with my clients to facilitate their achievements which may have a lasting effect in their personal lives and/or careers.
Coaching takes into account the whole person: your values, needs, relationships and goals. The aim is to help you to understand yourself better, to work on the barriers that may be holding you back and to identify how to achieve your goals.
Coaching is confidential and I offer a safe non-judgemental space where you can discover what the right goal is for you and what needs to be done, in manageable motivated steps.
My earlier career was spent at Director level in both small and large organisations so I have experience and familiarity with the issues and challenges of corporate life.
Please contact me to discuss the type of coaching package which would be suitable for you. Typically packages start with 6,9 or 12 sessions.
Each coaching session is 50 minutes in duration and we might decide that it would be beneficial to have weekly sessions over a short period, or a more long term relationship with less frequent sessions could be useful.
Coaching happens by telephone, Skype and Face-2-Face.
