Executive Coaching

At senior levels in an organisation people may assume you are “successful” but in all likelihood there are still goals and achievements that you wish to reach.  Additionally it might feel a lonely place to be, with whom can you share doubts or the odd crisis of confidence?   Your work persona may not always reflect what is actually going on for you inside.

What

Executive coaching provides a safe space for you to explore your world and what you have to do to change or improve it. It gives you the opportunity to reflect and review your workload, organise your priorities and rationalise your thoughts and feelings.

It is an opportunity to examine some of the ways that you might be limiting yourself: fears that perhaps were valid at some point but are no longer helpful; insecurities about abilities to deliver, feelings that you may be “caught out”.

Coaching aids confidence, helps you acknowledge your skills and abilities and identify where focus and energy can most useful be deployed.  It can be exhausting or paralysing to think that you don’t know what to do or if you will get it right.

When

Coaching can help at each stage of the journey, for example: newly promoted and learning new skills in a new role: keeping on top of your game as a seasoned professional or juggling -   perhaps a change of working environment combined with heavy family commitments.
